Go to settings, into the billing section, and to the plans & usage area.
You can either downgrade or upgrade your plan. To do this, click on the edit button next to your current plan.
❗️ Important: Before switching to a new plan, make sure your current number of emails, templates, and users match the requirements of the new plan. Otherwise, you might lose information.
Click on the blue button under the plan you want to switch to.
A window will open showing a comparison between your current and the new plan. Select the payment frequency and click on the pay button at the bottom.
After switching to a new plan, a new billing period will begin.
